Minutes of the Meeting
December 13, 2006
Chairman Roger Schletzbaum (Marion Co) called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m. with the following members present: Nels Christensen (Lucas Co.), Tom Law (Poweshiek Co.) and Mike Beary (Monroe Co.).
Also in attendance: Fred and Sandy Agan (Neighbors); Mike Smith and Jim Miles-Polka (Foth & VanDyke); Royal Roland (Roland & Dieleman CPA); Staff Leslie Sedlock, Rachel Sorge, Milo McCombs and Sara Bixby.
Moved by Beary, seconded by Law to approve the December 2006 agenda and add special grants county guidelines under action items. All ayes.
Moved by Law, seconded by Christensen to approve the minutes of November 2006. All ayes.
Moved by Beary, seconded by Law to approve the financial report, bills and supplemental list of bills. All ayes.
Moved by Christensen, seconded by Beary to approve the 2007 ISOSWO newsletter contract. All ayes.
Moved by Law, seconded by Beary to modify lease agreement with Carroll Hoksbergen as presented. All ayes.
Moved by Beary, seconded by Law to contribute $500 to ISOSWO survey cost. All ayes.
Moved by Law, seconded by Christensen to approve the proposed modifications to the guidelines for the Special Grants to counties program. All ayes.
Moved by Christensen, seconded by Law to approve the 2006 audit report. All ayes.
